Please fill out and submit the online registration form. The deadline to register is Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Please note: Registration may close sooner if the retreat reaches capacity—early registration is encouraged!

The following accommodations for women are FULL:

Women's Double Rooms
Women's Private Cubicles
Women's BOTTOM bunks

There are still TOP bunk bed spaces available in the women's dorm rooms.

To join the waitlist for any full room type, please email retreat@mpchouston.org.

Step 2: Submit Your Online Payment

To complete your registration, please select your accommodation type and submit payment for the retreat fee. You may choose to pay the full retreat fee now, or pay a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. If you are applying for a scholarship, no payment is required at this time.

All balances must be paid in full by Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Cancellations made before October 8th are eligible for a refund, minus a $100 non-refundable deposit.

For your convenience, secure online payment is available. You will have the option to pay using a debit card or credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa).

Please note: A processing fee of 2.99% + $0.49 applies to online transactions. The total amount, including this fee, will be shown before you complete your payment.

For OI Members and Aspirants

If you indicated interest in the OI/A pre-retreat gathering on your registration form, you will receive a separate email with additional details. The fee is $110; a separate payment link will be provided at a later time.
