Due to the enthusiastic response to this year's retreat, some accommodation types have reached capacity. Please see the current availability below before registering.

If your preferred accommodation is full, please register using another available accommodation type. You may also email retreat@mpchouston.org to be added to the waitlist for your preferred room type. If space becomes available, we will contact registrants in the order requests are received.

Step 2: Submit Your Online Payment

To complete your registration, please select your accommodation type and submit payment for the retreat fee. You may choose to pay the full retreat fee now, or pay a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. If you are applying for a scholarship, no payment is required at this time.

All balances must be paid in full by Friday, October 16, 2026. Cancellations made before October 16th are eligible for a refund, minus a $100 non-refundable deposit.

For your convenience, secure online payment is available. You will have the option to pay using a debit card or credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa).

Please note: A processing fee of 2.99% + $0.49 applies to all online transactions. You will be able to view the total amount due, including this fee, before you submit the payment. If you prefer to use an alternative payment method, please contact us at retreat@mpchouston.org to inquire.
